The ADG1419BRMZ is a high-performance, single-chip iCMOS® device containing a single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch. It offers excellent electrical performance with a maximum on-resistance of 2.1 Ω and a flatness of 0.5 Ω (maximum) at 25°C.
