    The AD9767ASTZ is a high-performance, dual-port, high-speed, 2-channel, 14-bit CMOS digital-to-analog converter (DAC). It integrates two high-quality TxDAC+® cores, a voltage reference, and digital interface circuitry into a small 48-lead LQFP package, providing exceptional AC and DC performance while supporting update rates of up to 125 MSPS.

    Key features of the AD9767ASTZ include:

    1. Dual-Channel DAC: The device offers two independent DAC channels, allowing for flexible transmission of I and Q information in communication applications.
    2. High Resolution and Speed: With 14-bit resolution and a maximum update rate of 125 MSPS, the AD9767ASTZ is capable of handling high-speed, high-precision signal conversion.
    3. Excellent Performance: The DAC exhibits outstanding SFDR (to Nyquist frequency) of 75 dBc at a 5 MHz output, as well as excellent gain and offset matching of 0.1%.
    4. Independent Gain Control: The GAINCTRL pin allows for two modes of setting the full-scale current (IOUTFS) of the two DACs. This can be done either with two external resistors (for independent setting of each DAC’s IOUTFS) or with a single external resistor (for setting both DACs’ IOUTFS together).
    5. Differential Current Output: Each DAC provides a differential current output, supporting both single-ended and differential applications.
    6. Low Power Consumption: The AD9767ASTZ operates on a single 3.3 V to 5 V power supply and consumes 380 mW of power. Additionally, it features a power-saving mode that reduces power consumption to 50 mW.
    7. Flexible Data Interface: The device has a flexible dual-port interface that allows for data input in either a dual-port or interleaved mode. In interleaved mode, the input data stream is demuxed into original I and Q data, which are then latched and converted by the two DACs, updating at half the input data rate.
    8. Built-in Reference Voltage Source: The AD9767ASTZ includes a 1.20 V temperature-compensated bandgap reference voltage source.
