    What is NTS0104BQ-Q100?

    It is a 4-bit dual power conversion transceiver with automatic direction sensing function, which can achieve bidirectional voltage level conversion. It has two 4-bit input/output ports (An and Bn), one output enable input (OE), and two power pins

    (VCC (A) and VCC (B)). VCC (A) can be powered at any voltage between 1.65V and 3.6V, while VCC (B) can be powered at any voltage between 2.3V and 5.5V, making the device suitable for switching between any voltage node (1.8V, 2.5V,

    3.3V, and 5.0V). Pin An and OE are referenced to VCC (A), while pin Bn is referenced to VCC (B). The low level at pin OE causes the output to exhibit a high impedance disconnected state. This device is fully designated for partial power-off

    applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuit disables the output to prevent damage to the device from flowing back current during power outages.
